Yes, we provide a 7-day trial period for the X-doc Starter version.

If you don't need to subscribe, we also provide you with a free trial version.

If you need more translation words, you can purchase add-on packages of different sizes or upgrade your plan.

Downgrading Your Subscription: If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the downgrade will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. At that time, any remaining balance from your current subscription cycle will be forfeited.

Upgrading Your Subscription: If you choose to upgrade your subscription plan, the upgrade will take effect immediately. Your remaining balance will be handled as follows: Remaining Subscription Balance: The full amount will be refunded to your account.

Remaining Add-on Balance: This amount will be refunded according to the discount applied at the time of purchase. For example, if you have $50 remaining on your subscription and $50 remaining on your subscription and $50 remaining on an add-on that you purchased with a 10% discount, your total refund will be $95(50+50x0.9=95). Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel your subscription, any remaining package balance will be automatically deleted at the end of the billing cycle and your subscription will automatically become X-doc Translator.

We promise to refund the usage you have consumed if the translation fails due to our technical error.

Please note that during the subscription period, the upgrade will refund any unused fees to you; Downgrading and renewal will take effect by default in the next subscription cycle and do not involve fee refunds.
